Participant involvement is a central part of my research process. Conversations with participants have not only been used to inform and generate data as part of both This Meal Reminds Me and Personalising Death projects, but they have been integral to the directions these projects have taken and the outcomes produced. so that participants have become consumers of and collaborators in the practices I developed.
